Terms of Service

By using AIBZPRO's website, services, or platform, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AIBZPro LLC ("AIBZPRO," "we," "our," or "us").

AIBZPRO provides an AI-powered sales agent service. We clone and deploy a custom AI SDR (Sales Development Representative) — named Bush Bush — that handles:

• Prospect discovery from public data sources
• Personalized outreach across email, WhatsApp, and social media
• Automated follow-up sequences
• Pipeline management and deal tracking
• Content creation for social media and blog

Upon subscribing, clients receive:

• Custom AI Agent Clone — An AI SDR configured for your specific industry, ICP, and messaging
• Mission Control Dashboard — Real-time visibility into pipeline, outreach, and performance metrics
• Full Infrastructure — Hosting, email delivery, WhatsApp Business, social media management, and CRM integration

AIBZPRO operates on a monthly subscription model with tiered plans (Starter, Growth, Enterprise). Specific pricing is discussed during onboarding.

• Payments are processed via Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within the first 14 days

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business context and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definitions
• Review and approve AI-generated outreach content before it is sent
• Respond to qualified leads routed to you in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable anti-spam and data protection laws in your jurisdiction
• Not misuse contact data obtained through our service

AIBZPRO commits to:

• Maintain infrastructure uptime (target 99.5% availability)
• Keep AI models and integrations current
• Provide dashboard access and performance reporting
• Maintain human oversight on all external-facing outreach
• Respond to support requests within 24 business hours

Our agents use Google Gemini AI for content generation, lead scoring, and analysis. Important disclosures:

• All AI-generated content passes through an approval queue before any external communication is sent
• AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies — human review is essential
• We do not guarantee specific conversion rates or lead quality

• Your Data: You retain all rights to your business data and lead lists generated through the service
• AI Outputs: Content generated for your campaigns is assigned to you upon creation
• Our Technology: The AI agent technology, dashboard platform, algorithms, and underlying codebase remain the exclusive property of AIBZPro LLC

You may not use AIBZPRO services to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Target illegal or prohibited industries
• Engage in deceptive or fraudulent practices
• Resell, white-label, or redistribute our service as your own
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI agents or platform

Violations may result in immediate suspension of service. See our Acceptable Use Policy for full details.

• Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
• Upon termination, we export all client data within 14 business days
• We reserve the right to terminate immediately for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy
• Prepaid fees for the remaining subscription period are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
