Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the boundaries of responsible use when using AIBZPRO's AI sales agent services. All clients are required to adhere to this policy. Violations may result in service suspension or termination.

Clients must not use AIBZPRO to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Send outreach to contacts who have previously opted out
• Circumvent unsubscribe mechanisms
• Use deceptive subject lines or misleading sender information

AIBZPRO services may not be used for outreach related to:

• Online gambling or betting services
• Adult content or services
• Weapons, ammunition, or explosives
• Pharmaceuticals without proper licensing
• Multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid schemes
• Any activity illegal under applicable law

Clients agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate business information
• Not impersonate other businesses or individuals
• Not provide false Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definitions to target individuals outside their legitimate business scope
• Review AI-generated content before approving it for distribution

Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of AIBZPRO complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:

• CAN-SPAM Act (United States)
• GDPR (European Union)
• CASL (Canada)
• PECR (United Kingdom)
• Any local anti-spam or data protection regulations applicable to the client's jurisdiction

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• Warning: First-time minor violations receive a written warning with a 7-day remediation period
• Suspension: Repeated or serious violations result in immediate service suspension pending review
• Termination: Flagrant or intentional violations result in permanent termination without refund
