AIBZPro LLC ("AIBZPRO," "we," "our," or "us") provides an AI-powered sales agent service called Bush Bush. We build and deploy autonomous AI Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) that handle prospect discovery, outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline management for our clients.

Our AI agent discovers business prospects from publicly available sources, including:

• Reddit & X/Twitter — Public discussions and posts
• G2 Reviews — Public software review profiles
• Job Boards — Public job postings (via SerpAPI)

Voluntary Submission

Inbound leads may voluntarily submit their information through our website's qualifying chat, lead magnet tools, or contact forms.

Before conducting any outreach, we verify business email addresses using third-party verification services (Reacher) to ensure deliverability and reduce bounce rates. This process checks whether an email address exists and is active — it does not access email content.

We use collected data to:

• Contact potential clients about our AI sales agent services
• Personalize outreach messaging based on business context
• Track and manage our deal pipeline
• Manage ongoing client relationships
• Improve our service quality and targeting accuracy

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Our social media posts, outreach emails, blog articles, and marketing content are generated and managed by AI agents (powered by Google Gemini). All externally-facing communications pass through a human approval queue before being sent.

Our AI agents identify themselves as AI when directly asked. We believe in transparent AI use.

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

Your data is stored on:

• Supabase — US-based PostgreSQL database with row-level security
• Google Cloud Platform — us-central1 region

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

• Active leads: Retained while actively in our pipeline
• Rejected/disqualified leads: Retained for 90 days, then permanently purged
• Client data: Retained for the duration of service plus 1 year after termination

You have the right to:

• Unsubscribe from emails — Click the one-click unsubscribe link included in every outreach email
• Opt out of WhatsApp — Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from us

We respond to all data requests within 30 days.

We use minimal cookies:

• Session cookies — Required for the qualifying chat functionality
