Refund Policy

A vending machine should be at least as fair as the ones on the street: if the box does not drop, you get your coin back. Last updated 10 July 2026.

Before your box ships

You can cancel for a full refund any time before the dossier is delivered. Write to orders@aibzpro.com with your order reference (it looks like AIBZ-XXXXXX). Boxes ship within 24 hours of payment, so the window is short, but it is real. If you cancel, the idea goes back into the machine.

After your box arrives

Every tier promises a specific contents list, shown on the machine before you pay. If your dossier is missing something that list promised, or a section is plainly not what was described, write within 7 days. We will either complete the dossier or refund you in full. Your choice.

Because each idea is revealed on delivery and retired from the machine forever, we cannot offer refunds for not liking the idea itself once it is unsealed. The tier, the score band, and the clue are the honest signals you buy on; the contents promise is what we stand behind.

Mistakes and double charges

Duplicate payments, a box that never arrived, a payment charged after a failed checkout: all refunded in full, no questions. Include your order reference and we will sort it within two business days.

How refunds arrive

Refunds go back through Stripe to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
